Which muffler for a bit of rumble
Flowmaster 40 series always sounds nice. My '00 4.6 has a low rumble that will make some car alarms chirp as I drive through the neighborhood. On the road its nice and quiet Sent from my KFFOWI using Tapatalk- dberend

Shorty Performance Headers Stainless Steel
I bought some about two years ago. $160 I think. No problems they fit fine except the egr tube was a pain. No burnt wires or melted plastic, but they fit turn a pretty blue color Sent from my KFFOWI using Tapatalk- dberend

Transmission drain plug stripped how to remove?

round gasket between trans and transfercase?
RTV would definitely seal it. But if you ever need to remove the TC again expect to remove the transmission extension with it. Followed by lots of cursing and rubber mallet smacking. But YMMV Sent from my KFFOWI using Tapatalk- dberend

Yet another 4x4 problem .. help
Pull the motor off and jumper it to 12v source. If it turns at a reasonable rate, cool. Don't forget to reverse it before it goes back on. Sent from my KFFOWI using Tapatalk- dberend

I made a couple they didn't work to well. I was kinda impatient though trying to get it all back together. Anyway, I bought some on eBay a while back, work great. differences between XLT vs EB
I have the same thing minus the leather. I'm pretty sure it came from NJ originally. It was abandoned at a dealership and sat in a dusty tow yard for a year before I picked it up for cheap. needless to say I don't have the entire history on the truck. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk- dberend
