Also could be a bad wheel speed sensor, broken cable, water in connector. Also bad ABS module or a com error with the ABS module, so other modules can’t talk to it. 4 wheel speed sensors at the same time? Nah. But I did see 2 failing at the same time…
But on yours I’d go after the ABS module...
We had an 18 and a 19 with the early 10 speed transmission. Both never had a problem. We drove hard, but no trailers. Just do your regular 60k oil and filter change in the tranny and keep going. Not worth spending extra $, specially not if you aren’t driving trailer. Anyway… if you got a 108k...
Hm. As long as there is no damage, who cares. If there is transmission damage, let warranty take care of it. I am actually more surprised the screw didn’t end up jammed in the filter! So is it a bummer, sure… but not something to really huff ‘n puff about… 30k is a bit early for a tranny fluid...
Not sure why that is, but I've noticed this before on other recalls. While we Canadians to get OTA updates, we seem not to get emissions related updates Over The Air. We need to go to the dealer and get the flash manually done. I've only gotten "easy" like infotainment updates OTA, but for any...

That’s what I did. Went to Ford and ordered that battery blanket for like CAD $30. It was cheap enough.
I didn’t mess around with SOC yet. Didn’t see a need for it. My 24 SPP is way different in keeping the battery charged than my old 18 F-150 with the 3L Diesel.
However I do charge my...
Whatever you do with Desulfating Battery… UNHOOK the battery totally from the car before you desulfate.
What the NOCO does is it puts more voltage like 16V- 16.5V out and slightly pulses the battery for a specific time. This feature is great and used it a few times.
Here is my prediction. You...
That aluminum panel, I don’t think so. It doesn’t behave like regular car metal. But if you fix all the plastic parts there are paint less repair guys that will bend the aluminum back to factory.
If you got insurance, you file a claim that a deer ran into you. That shouldn’t affect your...
Not on the Expy but on other cars. Burnt up the high flow cats from cooks (literally melted the inside) and ended up using Mercedes high flow cats from their supercar. Works perfect and no more melted cats. Fair to say the car is modified.
Run some Berryman B12 through the vacuum lines and put some inside the tank too. But a Gen2 engine shouldn’t do this. Unless these are really short trips.
Mine does short trips too. 7miles twice a day using regular gas and got no problems!? However every 3 months or so I do a 450 mi trip with it.
If you want the battery blanket on the H8, then you need to order one. They are cheap. Other than that, no mods, it just drops right in. No fiddling around or rerouting cables, direct fit into the battery tray.
