Help! Low beams won't work, high beams do.
Resolved Thank you Elvato. Sure enough BOTH bulbs had died within hours of each other. The were PIAAs BTW. I replaced them with Sylvania XtraVisions that I got on sale. They seem to be as bright, but a bit more yellow. Hopefully they'll last longer.- EdandtheBullDog

1998 ford expedition tailgate will not open
Yes, you will have to remove the interior trim so that you can access the latch mechanism. You should be able to see the latch release cable through an access hole in the tailgate frame.
