How much is my 1997 expedition worth? What would a junk yard pay?
The car runs, but has lots of rust and the transmission leaks a lot from the center of the car. Just wondering what I should take for a car like this or expect a junk yard to give me for it? Driver side window doesn't work.
I noticed my cigarette lighter adapter is not strong enough to charge my cell phone. What I'm thinking is if the cigarette lighter has a weak ground then maybe the ground for the drivers side window is connected to the GEM module and not the window switch ground. Driver side window doesn't work.
First this issue started with all 4 windows not working. So after a few hours of research and troubleshooting, I ran a ground wire directly from the battery to the ground wire on the front window switch. This made 3 of the windows work normally, and also fixed my weak power locks that hardly...- Edwardi

I actually own this car and you can check back in my posts. Anyway, the car may go to the junk yard and I have a full tank of gas. oops, I was low on engine oil. I actually checked it when I first returned home, and it looked like it was around half way on the dip stick if I remember correctly, nothing that should set the oil light off. I noticed today that my oil pressure gauge would quickly go from normal, to zero, oil light will go on, then a second later shoot right back up to full pressure.
