Solenoid relay fuse

Hi all. New on the forum, wanted to ask the collective wisdom: 2004 Eddie Bauer 2wd, 85,000miles. Every couple of months vehicle will randomly not start. Battery is fine, 2 starters later, blows the solenoid relay fuse. What is causing the fuse to blow? Multiple shops have no luck...
