Solenoid relay fuse

Hi all. New on the forum, wanted to ask the collective wisdom: 2004 Eddie Bauer 2wd, 85,000miles. Every couple of months vehicle will randomly not start. Battery is fine, 2 starters later, blows the solenoid relay fuse. What is causing the fuse to blow? Multiple shops have no luck diagnosing. No rhyme or reason- strikes randomly: hot, cold, recent start, been running, and always turn all electrical accessories off before turning key off. Thanks!

when it fails to start does it still crank?

My guess, short, possible scaved wire on the body or frame of the truck shorting out, follow your hot wires coming off your starter and see if you can find a bare spot or wiggle your wires and see if your fuse/relay pops.
