    shocks with AirRide?

    Rancho's are made by Monroe. Shocks alone will not lift your truck. maybe a new set of "air-bags" or compressor for your air-ride load leveling system. In order to lift your truck you will either need new springs and or spacers.

    Did you or your mechanic clear your D.T.C.'s (diagnostic trouble codes) from your truck's computer? It may be that even though the "check engine" light was reset the computer may still beleive that the problem exists because the codes have not been cleared... just an idea, not sure if it will...

    a nice set of all-terrain tires would also help.... they go a long way toward absorbing all those bumps!! Question: If your truck had solid axles, would it help you in any way with the sinking in the sand or would you perhaps find yourself balancing on your differential(s) and/or axle(s)...
