2004 Expedition rear window stuck down
How does the switch feel when you press it? Mine felt like something was stuck inside of the switch and have since then fixed it. If you still have problems in the future, just swap the switch out with a new one and you should be in the clear...- FirstOnRaceDay

I'm no electrician, but you can purchase a multimeter unless you already have one and begin by checking your battery and alternator. If nothing is wrong there, then check for obvious signs of damage, i.e. corrosion, corroded connectors, frayed/chaffed wiring, fuses, etc... Grind any corrosion...- FirstOnRaceDay

My issue sounds similar to others' on here, but from what I can tell/and from what I have read, the toggle switch assembly is causing the problem.
