My issue sounds similar to others' on here, but from what I can tell/and from what I have read, the toggle switch assembly is causing the problem. I disconnected the passenger side window switch from the electrical connector and pryed the switch apart by disengaging two side tabs. After exposing the contacts underneath the toggle, I was able to realign the white rocker arm that pivots between both sets of contacts and got my window to roll up/down after almost a year of looking at it puzzled and dreading having to take it to a dealership. (For anyone else who has or has had this problem) my switch felt like it had lost it's "click".
I priced this little switch (part# 14925) which retails for $85 from Ford and have found it as low as $30 through online warehouses. I would like to replace the old switch due to its fouled condition and relatively affordable price, but was curious if anybody has found this part cheaper or even had success in repairing it? I did hit up the local junkyards, but due to Hurricane Irene, the one yard wasn't open for business, and the other only had older Expy's w/ non-matching switches.

Thanks in advance,
Brandon
