we have a 2009 f150 that had a engine put in at 269k miles and now needs a transmission at 274k miles cause of torque converter shudder those things are pretty bulletproof the engine failed cause a timing chain guide broke and stopped up the pickup tube with plastic chunks so we threw a engine in it
the 6.0L will break the tires loose easy they have a ton of torque and the 2v 5.4L will run forever but I like the power of the 3v 5.4L more so I guess you pick your poison
all they did was three phasers cause it was warranty I still have one old phaser everything else is original, also listening with a stethoscope it sounds like its coming from the bank 1 valve cover
