Thats a good question. According to the article-
Owners of impacted models are expected to receive notification letters on April 13, according to the notice. Officials said that dealers will inspect and replace affected wiper arms, as necessary, free of charge.
The recall for the vehicles is due to a fault in the car's windshield wipers, which the notice says could malfunction as its wiper arms may break, reducing visibility and increasing the risk of a crash.
