2000 Expy 5.4 with 165,551. In the last year I've replaced front rotors, rear lower trailing arms, brake hose (rusted), steering return line (rusted), alternator and one COP.
Same thing happened to me when I had to replace my manifold studs. I think I finshed off my O2 sensor with all of the PB Blaster I used to get the studs out. I got my new O2 sensor at Advanced Auto Parts for $43 IIRC. It was a little tough to get to but it's definately a do it yourself job.
