moistened dryer softener sheet..warm water. very gentle if that does not work..goo gone and good rinse

Simple Green for the big chunks. Then clay bar with QD spray. Then wax.

Use simple green. It'll get everything out without damaging the surface. I used to use on my motorcycle.
