Dealership Fraud???
I appreciate your feedback on this, but I am not interested in suing the dealership as there is nothing to sue for. To sue for consumer fraud, I would have to have damages done to myself. There really is no damage to myself as no one was injured thankfully, nor do I have to pay for warranty...- gsweeney712

Hi Everyone, Has anyone ever experienced dealership fraud?????? (Sorry for the long post, but I am frustrated) We had complete brake failure on our 2024 SPP within 1600 miles of ownership and a dealership committed 100% felony fraud with us.
