    Delivery of new Expedition

    Mine was delayed a week during delivery phase. Upon arrival it had a card in the glovebox stating it was selected for QC after production. I assume they have expanded their random checks to stem some QC issues.

    I think they pushed most all Timberlines to one run window, and they are just hitting lots. I ordered early and was surprised I wasn’t scheduled sooner, but following along here it seemed like other Tlines were all same week or so.

    Endgame. From order I had a 1 week delay on build schedule, and 1 week delay on shipping. No complaints on the process from me. When I ordered my 2017 Superduty it wasn’t delivered until July that year.

    First adventure trip in our new Timberline

    Glad folks are sharing their new Tlines. As a guy that spends every day on dirt and gravel, I hate offset wheels. They just throw rocks all over the vehicle. We are trading our 2019 Jeep Rubicon on 35’s with wider offset. The fenders look like they went through a war after a year.

    Not sure what this thread is anymore, besides sharing big wet tears over ford marketing and cross shopping vehicles that aren’t Expeditions. -06 Jan, orderedTimberline 501a/max tow. -25 Mar, Scheduled build week of 16 May. -10 May, notified of a 1 week delay, build now scheduled week of 23 May.

    We almost bought a 2021 Platinum. I really only wanted the higher HP, but didn’t need the rest of the Platinum package. The Timberline has every amenity of the platinum minus auto cruise, but the power and wheel/tire package are superior. If you ever leave the pavement the huge diameter street...

    10.9” of clearance, rear lockers, full underbody skid protection, a real 4wd transfer case, and the Raptor powertrain. The Timberline isn’t the standard awd Expedition rolling on city wheels. congrats OP, this is exactly what I ordered. How’s the power feel?

    I was beginning to think no one was ordering this trim. Based on F-150 and Raptor pricing it seems like a deal. Wide track, HO motor, full skids, and real wheels and tires. We are jumping from a wrangler unlimited which is just too small for the family now.

    Ordered 1/5/22. Only received my confirmation email at this time. Guessing I will get scheduled by mid-feb and delivery by end of April. Those are based on nothing but guesswork!
