I know each dealer is different and I’m sure there are good dealers out there, but my local dealer is the biggest reason I won’t be going back to Ford. Longest Service contest.
Where has this forum been? Just found it. I just got rid of a 2018 Expedition. Never got any satisfaction from the dealer. Transmission would search gears, rattle, throw system failure warnings and my dealer would say can’t recreate the issue. Had the cam phaser rattle from 20k miles on. It got...- illymost
