5W-20 Ford recommended oil
315k using 5w30 full synthetic for about 6 to 7 years. As @Gary Waugh stated about EPA is correct so Ford can hit the fuel economy number. Note: My engine is as is from the factory including original cam phasers etc- Jb14

Ugly Plugs....

Evap purge valve cycling every 10 seconds
Welcome @Spinbox57 that does sound odd I just recently had an Evap error and for me luckily it was just the fuel cap. Couple of things you can try, if you have the old valve try switching it with the new part to see if you are having the same effect if not then maybe the new valve is possibly...- Jb14

Install F150 Bilstein 5100 or 6112 products on my 2004 Expedition?
@vincentvega just for your info I have 35/12.50.17 and did not regear and have been running this setup since 2016. Regearing would be beneficial but I never had a big issue with the stock 3.73 gears. Yes I did lose a bit of acceleration at the initial take off but very minor, and I lost about 2...- Jb14

2004 Ford Expedition - Best Recommendations to improve night time driving
I thought the stock bulbs to be somewhat lacking so I did a minor upgrade and switched out the main headlight bulbs to the Sylvania super white or a bright bulb or something like that and I was really surprised at how much better they were over stock so much so I also changed out the driving...- Jb14

@Expd830 I am currently using 3.5 F & 2.5 R blockes/leveling kit to get the lift I have. The angles on the suspension are maxed so I cannot add any additional lift. Unfortunately, the after-market does not help our gen2.- Jb14

Bilsteins to level front only?
The Bilstein are a good choice, they will be a bit firmer than stock, but great shock IMO.- Jb14

Welcome, and the truck looks good one recommendation is to remove the running boards if you are going Overlanding they seem to be the first to get damaged IMO.- Jb14

@Rob Adams a few antidotes from my experience. As mentioned I had the pusher installed by a mechanic (happens to specialize in AC). They had fans on hand that they use. I have had the same situation with the AC not cooling well when hot or sitting in place. I solved this for the most part (90% better) by having an e-pusher fan installed when I had my AC fixed some years back. I have some posts about my AC issues and the pusher fan.
