I went with some Monroe OESpectrum front struts on my 2015 mainly because thats all I could find that would fit other than the factory crap that leaks. They ride the same as stock and seem to absorb speed bumps better.
I received my tune files and loaded the 93 performance tune. Very happy with it so far, I noticed right away that the shifts are much quicker/firmer but still smooth the way it should have been from the factory. You can definitely feel the extra power as well, part throttle boost kicks in fast...
I've been waiting impatiently for 4 days now and still have no tune files from Livernois. They did email on Monday saying my vehicle had a newer updated Ford strategy code which wasn't in their database and would take a little longer. I don't get that because my truck is a 2015 which is 3 years...
Here is a dyno graph on a 2015 Expedition from Livernois Motorsports. They show stock at 316 rwhp/354tq and 393hp/436tq tuned. The graph doesn't seem right on the lower rpms because torque should max out at 2500rpms stock. The video is on youtube
Has anyone here tuned there 2015+ Expedition Ecoboost? I just ordered the Livernois 93 Performance tune which gives +80rwhp and +80lbs torque at the wheels. I have the tuner in hand, just waiting for my tunes to arrive in my email.
I would look at the suspension for leaks before the warranty runs out. I have a 2015 and both rears were leaking with only 42k. Im at 51k now with no warranty and noticed my front left strut is oily around the bottom but not dripping yet and makes a bottoming out clunk when going over a speed...
Did you ever find the cause of your problem? Mine is doing the same thing, just outside of warranty. I looked up some diagrams and it shows the driver door unlock relay is seperate from other doors and is built in the BCM (body control module). I know this is an old post but hooefully you will...
I have the sync without nav & no sunwoofer. I would also like to get door lock wire diagram since my drivers door stopped unlocking just outside my warranty. Seems like it is not getting unlock voltage.

Anyone know of any free wiring diagrams out there? Specifically for the Radio & Speakers. I am installing an aftermarket 4 channel Amp and would like to know how everything is factory wired.
Got a 2015 XLT without navigation and have noticed the rear speakers have low volume compared to the fronts. I adjust the headunit fade from front to back and the front is getting like 75% more power. I thought they were just cheap speakers and I replaced them with some good rockford fosgates...
