can you make a 4awd go to 2wd.....
I have 98 XLT, 4.6L, and with the 2 wheel drive, its' gas mileage isn't any better than yours. I get about 10 mpg city, and 11 to 12 highway.- JeffS

Fidgety 4x4 switch on 98 4.6L Expedition
Hello all, this is my first post. I have a 1998, 4.6L Expedition with 139k miles. So my question is regarding the switch that changes the 4x4 modes. I usually drive in 2H, and can switch into A4WD just fine. However, when I place the vehicle into 4x4, or 4H, the switch is really...- JeffS
