    No washers, but wipers work

Did you ever get this figured out? I'm still investigating

    Front Washer not working

Well, it wasn't the front motor assembly. All associated relays and fuses that are in the fuse panels are working and good. About the only thing that is left is the rear motor assembly. Effectively, the circuit is laid out such that there's 1 pump for the front and rear. The polarity is reversed...

    Front Washer not working

I've gone through the schematics and determined that I've replaced or checked everything in the circuit aside from what's internal to the windshield wiper motor assembly module. Inside that design is the front washer pump relay. I will be livid if this actually is the root cause and Ford forces...

Transfer case, front axle, and rear diff fluid change.

You need to look at the sticker on the axle to see what rear end you have. That will tell you if it's limited slip or not. A note of caution, if you have limited slip, be careful changing your own fluid. The clutch packs are very picky and will fail if you put in too much friction modifier.

    Front Washer not working

Did you ever get this resolved? I'm having the same issue. I've replaced the motor, replaced the multifunction switch on the column, inspected the connectors and contacts/wires at the column, rear works fine, fuse is good, relay is correct and good. No pump activity when front washer fluid...

Front Vibration during low speed turning

Follow Up: It was indeed the rear diff clutch packs. Brought it in to the dealer, they replicated and acknowledged it's the rear clutch packs. Fixed under warranty (just barely - 1800 miles left). This is concerning that less than 60,000 miles and something this major needs to be replaced.

How to know what size differential

Just FYI, it's a bit easier to figure out by looking at the sticker on the pillar of the driver's door. There's an Axle code there, and you then look that up.

Transfer case, front axle, and rear diff fluid change.

I suggest changing the fluids. I don't care what Ford says for change interval. I changed front, rear, and transfer case at 50k miles and was very glad I did. The rear looked okay, expected color; Transfer case looked like burnt ATF, but likely as expected; Front diff was really bad. Black with...

    100,000 Mile Service Advise Needed

I suggest changing front and rear differential fluids, transfer case fluid, and brake fluid. The Front Differential fluid gets nasty and definitely should be done (I suggest every 50,000 miles).

Front Vibration during low speed turning

I jacked up the front end and confirmed the IWE's are properly functioning and disengaging. I like the thought, though, and a common Ford issue.

Front Vibration during low speed turning

Yes, I've tried, it doesn't seem any different, with exception to the grabbing and bouncing while turning on cement.

Front Vibration during low speed turning

54,000. Mostly no towing until last year after we bought a camper. This past winter I got stuck and did the back and forth love making with the snow drift until I got out, in 4L. About 1 month or so ago I had gone through with FORScan and cleared learned tables. It started happening 2 weeks ago.

Front Vibration during low speed turning

True, after your comment, I went around a bit and I guess I don't know for sure if front or rear, but it just feels like it's the front? Also, I just changed the rear last year with Amsoil Severe Gear 75w90 and the Ford CM19546A1 Friction modifier. So I'm doubting it's the rear.

Front Vibration during low speed turning

2017 Expedition MAX 4x4. Recently, the truck has started to vibrate, but at the front end, during turning at low speed. Forward or Reverse. It feels very similar to the common rear LSD shutter that happens when you need to change fluid and LSD additive. It makes me think it's the front diff. I...
