Yep. Here is the plug on the drivers side, towards the front of the truck. It is just setting against the frame as it's so short it won't go anywhere:
This is the passenger side in the back. I just tucked it over the frame:

The drivers side plug is towards the front of the boards, and the passengers is towards the back. Just unplug and tuck. The lights will stay in the boards.

Welcome, and you have 4 corner air. If it's just sagging in the back, check the coupler underneath the air filter. They are notorious for going bad. You used to be able to get just that hose section from Ford for $30.
He ran the 5-spd because he didn't want to pay for the adapter plate or the box to control the transmission. The 4BT will bolt up to the auto, it just costs more money. And his is an 03, supposedly the swap is way simpler in a 1st gen.
