I was driving the car in the freeway today and the engine started to rev up like it was on neutral. I don't think the actualy engine thinks its on neutral though because usually on neutral it will only rev up to 2 rpm. Sorry it's been a while since I posted. The car has been running fine and the error came back a few days later, but the light did not come on.
