You will probably have to cut the pin, and use a bolt to replace it with , it looks like its pressed in there, have you checked a junkyard yet? You might be able to buy just that part, and not the whole thing.

My 05 limited has 3.73 limited slip, and It can do a good posi burnout, check out my video on here! I would just check the code inside the door , and you will know what it has.
I had my cam phazers replaced, they were noisey, but i never noticed any fuel mileage drop or performance issues, after they were fixed, still didnt notice any difference with MPG or performance, I had mine replaced under warranty, only cost me $100 out of pocket, the final bill was $2000.00...
I would go at least 20", and for ride quality just keep a big tire on it, I have 22" with 305-45-22 and as for ride quality they feel the same as stock,,but i love taking corners with the 22" 's they stick to the road!!
did you ever get that p0453 before you changed your fuel pump? Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) P0453 indicates that Self-Test has detected a fuel tank pressure sensor (FTP) circuit input above the maximum limit.
Possible causes:
- FTP open.
- FTP short to VREF or VPWR.
- VREF...
has anyone seen this? or use one? not sure if it would help with your problem, I wouldnt mind trying it but $300? ouch....

The 04 has about 40 less hp than your 06, and it's going to weigh more if it's 4x4 so mpg will go down too.. Just something to think about. But the heated and cooled seats are nice.
