Sparky's Answers: 2003 Ford Expedition, No Run, No Fuel Pump Operation, Code P0231
Ok guys so I got it fixed tonight I finally broke down and order the fuse box assembly from ford and installed it in about 20 minutes and has fired up perfectly ever since thanks for all the help and advice guys wish I would have tried that twentie minute fix first but anyway twenty hours later...
you cant just replace the relay you have to replace the whole fuse boox which I ordered today for like 300 bucks I was messing with the fuse box today and hit the key and it fired right up this so confused don't know what to do ugh
okay so i have checked all the fuses and the relay is internlly built into the fuse box it is non serviceable unless you replace the whole fusebox i dont know about a loose ground or broken wire not an electrical guy really
i changed the driver cuase it had a whole corroded in it and i thought the fuel pump went bad cause it wasnt priming or coming on at all but today i straight wired the fuel pump from the battery and it fired right up and i checked the inertia switch it wasnt tripped any help will be aprreciated...
