That's great to hear and at $35 I'd def. try and wouldn't doubt that was the problem. Believe or not the dealer has yet to call. You have the part # to that harness as well as the link to the other forum please? That way I can tell them, I figured since they work on them they would know...- Marc

Seems as tho' your alt. isn't putting out enough amps. to charge your battery. Before buying an alt., if you can remove it and take just the alt. up to O'rielly's and have it tested and make sure they hook up all the connections, first time they missed one on mine. Expediton cutting out while driving?
Is it just while driving, what if you just let it sit there and idle/run, will it end up dying as well? I have a thread a few down titled "Newbie With Big Problems" mine's having the same symtoms and then some, but I never really tryed and to drive it far. It's at the Ford dealer now...- Marc

Thanks a ton! I talked with Ford today, they will look at it Fri. I told them about the code and idle, but now i can tell them just to replace this. I'm in Tx. and my mom and the Expedition is in Illinois, which doesn't help any. The shop I took it to there to swap the Alt. the 2nd time I...- Marc
