problem with sunroof?
You have to remove the glass from the sunroof. There are 2 T30 torx bolts on each side that can be seen from the inside with the sunshade open. Once the glass is out, you should be able to just bolt the new trough across the back right under where the back of glass meets the body. You will see...- masterwrench

'03 XLT 5.4 with tons of electrical issues
#2-blower motor resistor #3-door ajar switch-goes in latch from inside of door #4door ajar switch will cause this also #6-rear blend door motor has failed Dont know about #1 and #5 without looking at it.- masterwrench

problem with sunroof?
The water trough has come loose or broke off. It is fairly common. Retrieve it and see if it can be reattatched. Ford has updated parts for this concern outlined in TSB 03-11-10.
