Rear rotor removal

Rear rotor removal
Anybody have any suggestions on removing the rear rotors of my 99 Expy EB. I removed the calipers and according to my Haynes manual I should be able to slide off. It's not moving an inch and seems to be stuck to the center hub? The rotor has rusted over and that may be the problem. Any ideas or...- mrjgp
