Thank you, starting to rule out GEM Found Blinking light prob. Faulty Ground, upon testing the issue it corrected my power door locks. Still no rear blower or power windows....but it is a start. Still going to test voltages as soon as I get a chance.
update, fully charged battery, Interior dome lights, and interior courtesy lights flashing whenever I open the door. If I turn the interior lights on via switch they stay on with no flashing. dash lights seem fine. Power windows/door locks still do not work, rear heater/AC still is a no go...
By unplugging the plugs and back probing the plugs. Tested it with 2 types of test lights, one that is powered and shows ground or pos, and with the older version that has to be connected to either ground, or a Pos. I will Test it with the Multi-meter tomorrow
OK upon testing all the LT Blue/Red I am getting a ground reading on all of them, According to the Schematic they should be live. So this Points in the direction of a bad Ground(s) or a short.
Any ideas on where to start hunting. all the obvious grounds(aka Blk wires are testing ground as well)
