Electrical cascade of failures??
Lou, definitely keep us posted because I get the same symptoms as Zlink on my '03 Expy. I'm going to dig through it today to search for a possible ground.- OscarMike33

2003 expy - lights constantly dimming
2003 Expy 5.4L - replaced alternator and test drove right after - all good. Next morning, I noticed the engine was surging causing all accessories to go dim and then bright constantly including a/c. The belt appears fine. Could this be a ground or bad tensioner? I'm leaning more towards...- OscarMike33
