    What's the difference between a limited and platinum? I'm more familiar with 07-14s and in those, the top dogs were the limited and king ranch. Did they just slap a platinum tag on the limited and remove some options from the limited to make it inferior? I been kicking the idea of of a 15-17...

    Motorcraft cop and plugs, bought them off amazon for like 350 and change something like that. They came with as a set with plugs...or Ebay, I can't remember I'll have to check when I get home.

    Update: Still no check engine light but I got p0300 code, random misfire. After more driving it gave p0301 code, cylinder 1 misfire. I had a feeling it was the plugs/coil packs all along after a lot of research, but updating constantly as this seems to be an issue for many. So I want those...

    Update, got p0300 code, multiple misfire, so at least have a code now. Also, what should battery voltage be? Mine is 11.9v when key is turned to the on position(engine not running) and 12.9v when idling. Misfire- I'm hoping the new plugs and cops fix it, I just replaced fuel pump last year so...

    Thanks for the info, I guess this sadly confirms I have the crappy plugs. Anyone in the dfw area who recommends a good mechanic? Ford said they charge $599 and it covers up to 2 extractions if needed. If 4 or 5 break there may be an additional charge.

    Let us know how much they offer you on the trade in, I took mine today to a dealership (shopping for the wife, no plans of trading expo) and they seemed intrested but not too much. I can't imagine they will pull in decent money on a trade in, but I am intrested.

    I'm not a rookie when it comes to car, but no expert. I have thought about changing the plugs myself but the thought of one braking scares me enough not to try and just pay someone to do it right. The cop I will change myself. I have the Ford scan app, how can you monitor it live?

    Happens right as you are getting into 40mph. Does not do it at lower speeds, or higher speeds. Starts at right before 40mph to 45mph. If I let off, it stops, if press down on the pedal it goes away.
