    Vibration in 2024 Limited

My early build 2023 had the passenger front wheel bearings go out and replaced by the dealership around 25K Miles. Was told by the service writer that it isn’t uncommon.

Any decent Dealerships in South East Michigan?

Balthasar, thanks for your suggestion. They aren’t far from me at all so I will give them a try.

Any decent Dealerships in South East Michigan?

What I thought was one of the better if not best Ford Dealerships in South East Michigan. Has messed up my oil changes for the third time in a row. Strip out nuts and leave the bolts missing, hand tighten lug nuts or impact gun on two adjacent lug nuts causing the wheel to not seat properly...

    2022 Timberline headlight coating issue

I was able to get Ford to warranty my headlight with the coating flaking. Mine was not that bad and hard to see, but they did honor it. I’m still under my 3/36K warranty and did not expect them to cover it, and was mostly trying to get it noted in case it gets worse over time and had to use my...

Lost Tire Pressure Screen on Display

I have had that issue in the past as the OP where the My View screen is not there and no option to add it. A re-start of the vehicle brought the screen option back in My View so chalked that up to computer glitch. I have also had to have my battery changed at around 25,000 miles under warranty...

    2022 Timberline headlight coating issue

I just noticed after this past weekend that my 2023 Timberline is doing the same thing on the passenger headlight. I planned on putting it in for warranty the next time I take it in for service, but I will be under 3 years and 36K miles, so hopefully it will get replaced. Dealing with Ford...

    2nd row bench seatback protector

I own those seat back covers for 2nd row (captain chairs) and 3 rd row. My question to you guys with the 2nd row bench is what is the split when lowering the 2nd row? If same as the third row buy the third row the seat back protectors. It’s separate from the floor cover so you could just use...

    Battery Issues?

I have a very early 2023 Expedition and the dealership just replaced my battery finding the battery sitting at 10.xx volts. The vehicle would start ok, took longer when really cold. What I noticed was the Configurable Gauges and My View would keep going back to the default. A good battery...

Configurable Gauges & My View Looses Memory

Around 50% of the time I start my vehicle (2023 Timberline 501A) the My View and Configurable Gauges return to default settings. This used to happen on the Configurable Gauges but it seemed like a fix came out early last year and everything worked as it was supposed to. A month or two ago is...

Locking extra fob in car possible?

This topic came up a year ago or so. You could put your key in a faraday bag and put it anywhere in the vehicle. That will block all radio signals in or out of the bag. You can find them on Amazon for reasonable prices. I have one and with the FOB in the bag and being right next to the...

    Bearings failed before 30k Miles

My 2023 front passenger side went bad with 20K miles. Dealership replaced under warranty. Now waiting for the drivers side to go out. So far have 25.5K miles and seems ok.

    Roof rails, upgrade from OEM

One thing to keep in mind is per the owners manual with a twin panel roof only 125 lbs is allowed on the roof, and 200 lbs without the moonroof, which includes the weight of the carrier.

    2025 Expedition Tremor

My guess would be a big fat NO. Ford doesn’t sell that many Expeditions, and way less Timberlines (rarely see them), so there seems to be little demand for these. If they could sell a bunch I’m sure they would be happy to make them.

    2025 Expedition Tremor

Based on the specs I saw it looks like a re-named Timberline, but with cheaper skid plates. Same size wheels and tires, same engine, same leveling in the front. Again, just a name change because Ford figures matching the names between the F150 and Expedition is good, which I agree.
