Wipers stay on. Lots of work done still the same
Swapped the relays around. Same thing no change. Swapped the wiper stalks back to the old one. Same thing no change. I know its not a short cause none of the fuses are blowing. Wiper still has the different speeds just not off.- RestorationShop

Wipers stay on. Lots of work done still the same
1999 Ford Expedition. The wipers stay on all the time. Just pulled the fuse. Things I have done so far -replaced the wiper motor -replaced the GEM -no signs of water leaking from the windshield -got another wiper switch from a junkyard still the same thing -unplugged the switch all...- RestorationShop
