Charging System Message
Well, I took it out and exchanged it for another one. Works fine now, no more "Check Charging System" and battery light. Good thing I did it too because I noticed a tear in my serpentine belt and replaced that too.- Rico70

Charging System Message
Hey 60Degree, I have the same damn problem with my 2004 Expedition. I replaced my alternator with one from AutoZone also! The light has been on for months. I checked it with a voltmeter and its working fine but the stupid light and "Check Charging System" keep coming on. I see you are from...- Rico70
