2003 Expedition: Rear A/C not blowing cool air
The problem for my Expedition turned out to be the Expansion Valve. It is a block shaped part the located near the rear fan. In order to replace it you have to evacuate the refrigerant from your system, replace the expansion valve, then re-charge. I ended up paying a local guy to do this as...- Robert

Eric, Let me know if you've found anything. I'm going to take it all apart again this weekend. I may just replace the actuator (for sanity sake). Also considering taking it in to a dealership in hopes of getting them to diagnose it. I also have a Chevy Tahoe where the front A/C was not...- Robert
