    With an ATV jack or transmission jack (with the tank strapped to those for safety), it can be done. The tank, especially filled as you say, will be extremely unstable as it is longer than most and any fuel sloshing around will amplify that. Getting all the hoses and electrical connections...

    It might also be a loose or deformed lower shield adjacent to the radiator skid plate (there's one on each side). FL1Z-78001A06-A I had one flapping around making a similar noise as the rubbery material loosens up over time and starts slapping the skid plate and other suspension items. New ones...

    With the TTX, pay attention to the zerk 90-degree fitting alignment when intalling so that you can still get a grease gun attached.

    It could be the module, but more likely be one of the plug-in connectors under the seat. Ford's are notorious for poor connector prongs.

    Only 'engine' problem I've had with my '17 3.5EB was a leaky vacuum pump gasket around the 130K mark (not severe, but dripped occasionally). Replaced both the pump and gasket just to be safe as it's kind of a bear to get to. Use full synthetic oil for every change (~4,500-5,000 mile interval)...

    My 'cute' noise was due to a Ford technician failing to reconnect the air hose to the blow-off valve after a vacuum test. No codes, just 'hooted'.

    Sometimes those 'plug-in' connectors on the seat elements go to heck due to continuous high-amperage loads, too. Ford is notorious for crappy metals in the pins.
