Turns out it's an AFTER market security feature...I'm supposed to push a 1 on an extra keychain that was thrown in the vehicle before I turn on the vehicle. GO FIGURE! Would have been nice to know before leaving the dealership! Thanks for reading everyone!- schreecher

I put the key in and turn the ignition...then I'll go back to accessory and turn again...ect. I've also tried taking the key out and inserting it back in and get the same results, it fires up by the 4th or 5th try...- schreecher

won't start until 4 or 5 attempts
We bought our used 2006 Expedition Limited YESTERDAY, no warranty. Everything was fine. We had heavy rains last night and did drive through some major puddles. This morning it takes 4 or 5 turns of the ignition for it to start. The dash lights up...you hear no cranking or clicking. But by the...- schreecher
