Betting its heater hoses. Check passenger side near the firewall where they connect to the heatercore, and down toward the front/left side of motor where the distribution block is. You can follow them pretty easily.
Sounds like it might need a new turbo, but I'd take it to a different dealership to get a different diagnosis before anything. There are two turbos, which is the problem one?

My 18 did this with the original phasers, NO startup rattle. If you have a warranty, get it done. If not, run it until its a problem. You might go 100k mi before it becomes an issue.
Interestingly enough, I've had 4x 10R80 F-150s. 3x 2.7L and a 3.5L PB Hybrid. We bought a CPO Expedition in 2023 and it had ~55k miles on it. It is and still was the smoothest 10R80 I've ever had. I had the CDF drum and valvebody replaced due to a big delay going into R, but other than that...
