Okay solved it. The mis-colored wire threw me off. Looks like the dealer tried to fix it and couldnt and just cut the tailgate wires., somebody added a piece of wire in the tailgate with the wrong color code. Anyway, problem was an aftermarket alarm poorly installed. They tied into the...- snowman
