I agree Smoothride, it is probably more associated with the Heat. It is coming from the passenger rear side of the vehicle. It is back where the rear AC system is located. The clicking will get really soft if you adjust the temp control correctly ( whatever that happens to be that day) and will...- Stearman

03 Expy Rear A/C Clicking Noise
High All, new to the forum but I do alot of work on my vehicles. I have an annoying problem with the rear AC on my 03 Expy. It has started cklicking...loudly when the rear AC temp is set to cool and clicks more softly to none when the temp is warmed up. Has anyone else experienced this problem...- Stearman
