    Rear suspension options for towing - Rear only coil spacer option?

    I was towing a 33ft TT with my 16 max tow EL. 7600lbs. sagged no matter what. Despite the 920lb max tongue weight with weight distribution, not sure these were really set up to not sag. I used to tow it with a 17 F150. Dumped the 16 EL for a 2018 F150.

    I just got rid of a 16 with this issue on the hood and tailgate. Ford replaced both. Aluminum isn’t the same process as giving steel panels. Need someone that knows what they are doing from what I understand.

    275 65 18 Pirelli Scorpion AT Plus I bumped the pressure up to 40 PSI today. Marginal improvement. I fully recognize that adding more sidewall will make the ride different but I've driven an Expedition EL with 18" wheels without CCD and the ride is vastly different...granted, different tires.

    Got it. Interesting because I called 3 different Ford dealers and spoke with a service Advisor to find out if it would be problematic and they said it would not. Then again, not sure how they would know one way or another tbh. If I swap out to regular shocks/ struts...will my Expedition throw...

    Has anyone done this? Thinking about plastidip but I think I may go with something more permanent. What about spray on Rust-Oleum bed liner... Opinions?
