Broken spark plug !
It worked! I removed the coil and placed a rag over the plug hole. Started the truck. It ran rough while getting warm but I gave the throttle a tap and sure enough the piece of plug shot out! Maybe I got lucky. New plug went in fine.- terr5178

Broken spark plug !
I figure the down stroke will open the intake valve and pulls in air through intake. Compression stroke should pop it out.. Good thinking, I'll put something over it so it doesn't ruin the hood- terr5178

2003 Transmission clonk in overdrive downshift to 3.... Going up a grade... Pretty good bang! If I push overdrive button.. no bangs, runs perfect
Check you u joints on the drive shafts. Mine did the same then some time later the clunk turned into a shake then I changed front shaft u joint and later rear shaft u joint and it was good for another 80k till the frame rotted away and wheels fell in- terr5178

Broken spark plug !
5.4 2007 broken plug. I know there is the lesle tool but I don't have it now but will buy of this idea doesn't work. I was thinking of running the truck with the coil removed on the cracked plug cylinder and my thought is the compression should push it out........ has anyone tried this or is...- terr5178

Looking like an electrical issue. Very common for corrosion in wires from smart junction fuse box and door saddle. I'd also try messing with any grounds under the truck ..- terr5178

Intermittent vibration at 70-75 MPH? - SOLVED!

Plu on intake plenum is correct. My vacuum for 4wd taps into vacuum at brake booster then travels forward under engine to solenoid on fan shroud.- terr5178

help! 4wd hub issue.

I have the same truck. I'll go out tomorrow and trace the vacuum line and check that plugged port on intake. I'll send pics. As for the selector. I had a similar problem. Broken vacuum solenoid then I used dielectric grease on the electric motor connector on the transfer case i varified it...- terr5178

What were your results after following previous post? If you remove the vacuum hose from solenoid while engine is r unning you should here a hissing noise coming from engine hose. One hose goes to actuators the other goes to engine. If no vacuum noise then follow hose to engine and you should...- terr5178

Ck susp light is due to ride heights sensor being in wrong position or defective. Or wiring. Or fuse. Ride hight module tells pcm if ride height is happy or not- terr5178

First before you go crazy check the actuators. Raise the truck engine off. Both front wheels should turn drive axles. Next start engine and put in 2wd. Spin front wheels axles should not turn. Air suspension wont air up
this may help but is for a 2007. Wires should be similar. 2 sensors in the rear get 5v from ride control module and send back a signal voltage to tell the module if it needs more or less air to get proper signal voltage. Does anyone know the signal voltage needed to satisfy the signal legs of the ride control module.?? I believe ride height sensor input is 5v .
