    Had the same exact problem. Mine turned out to be the keypad on the driver's door. Water would seep past the membrane and short out the pad. Would drain overnight. New keypad solved the problem. $5 from my local pick and pull.

    Are you implying 4A causes vacuum leaks in the IWE system?

    Check your brakes. Actually pull the pads and inspect them. i had a set that looked good but one pad was cracked. It made clicking /clunking noises when braking.

    Check your local laws first. In VA it is illegal to run a blue or red light on front of a vehicle unless you are law enforcement / medical/fire. And yes the inspection station inspectors are buttheads and will fail your car.

    Easy test on the relay is just swap it with something that uses the same rating relay that you know works like the heated seats or ? Just check your owners manual for locations and sizes. Have someone listen for the fuel pump to turn on.

    2012 Ford Expedition does not crank (not the battery)

    Had the same issue recently on my 2009. Just randomly wouldn't crank over. Nothing. But all electrical worked. Noticed that the anti theft light was one with the key in. Put a new battery in the key ( built in fob) and no Moe issues for over a month. Key just wasn't registering as a chip key.

    '98 EB PATS key programming question

    I don't believe FORSCAN will help you with a 98 and you will need two original keys to do it yourself. Sounds like a trip to the locksmith. My son lost his only key and it cost him $185 for the key, programming and the trip out for the locksmith. His was a 99.

    Stuck Button

    I said shoot it not soak it. Used it for years to displace water in distributors and never ruined the plastic rotor button. I've used it on sticking switches before with no issues.
