My '07 Expy EB 4X4 started acting up a while back. When I start to drive, I feel the engine cut back a bit, and a CEL and a wrench comes on. I checked for codes and there were a plethora of them. 2019 Expedition "Limp Mode"
I literally posted this situation yesterday, but on my 2007. The difference is, mine doesn't run badly. It just only drives in 3rd gear, start to stop. When i stop in a parking lot, I turn the ignition switch on and off repeatedly, 3-10x quickly, and it usually resets it, and it will drive fine...- Tr8rNines

Transmission Issue?
I have an issue with my '07 E Bauer with the tow package, where once in a while, after starting it and shifting to any gear, there is a semi-hard bump, then there is a wrench icon light on the dash. Updated: FIXED (?) New CALIPER, rotors and pads. Still HOT!!!
When I replaced everything, I did it all in one fell swoop so there wouldn't be uneven wear. Happy to say that everything has been going swimmingly!- Tr8rNines

Bull bars, brush guards, police bumpers, etc.
I have a 2007 Expy Eddie Bauer 4WD. I found a bull bar on Amazon for $100. It's made by Tril Gear. It's designed for the F150, but does bolt right up the expys once you remove the tow hooks. I had the same issue on what I thought was the front driver side. But after trying to replace that side brake hose with zero luck, due to Advance giving me the PASSENGER side hose, I took it to my mechanic. He found it was the passenger hose that was bad and he put it on for me for $50. However...- Tr8rNines

I'm sure there is already a thread on this issue, but I'll be darned if I can find it. When I bought my 2007 Eddie Bauer, it only came with one key, sans remote.
