Another shfting problem thread
Ok, yesterday I did run it through all the gears. Did it with the cable on first. I found that the cable wasn't pushing it all the way into park, so I popped the end off the tranny end and I adjusted the cable. It took a few minutes to figure out how to get it to move but the end has teeth on it...- twinoys

Another shfting problem thread
Once I get it in park it come out just fine. I noticed under the truck that once I put it in park with the shifter(not completely in, I can go under and pull the lever on the tranny that the cable hooks to. I can move it back a little, I assume putting in park from under the truck. I'm going to...- twinoys

Another shfting problem thread
I read through anything I could find on this site and everywhere else but im still having trouble. 2000 expedition will rarely shift into park and will not start in park, only neutral. First I tightened the 2 t30 screws under the dash, and of course the one screw bracket is broken from behind...- twinoys
