It’s here!!!! 2022 Expedition Max Limited
Keep a close eye on ALL the exterior sheet metal as the aluminum panels are know for “white” rust under the paint. My 2015 Expedition white rust came back again in yet another place and Ford refused to fix it. I had planned to purchase a new 2022 model but they didn’t care and wouldn’t fix it...- Doc Doug

Dust Inside Vehicle - 2020 MAX Limited
No vehicle is 100% sealed. The rear ventilation flaps are designed to allow your car doors to open and closed with the windows up. As well, the rear ventilation flaps allow you to bring fresh air into you vents. Without the flaps, no air would enter the car. Having said that, when you...- Doc Doug

Cylinder 5 misfire even with new coil !
Move coil packs then check to see if cylinder misfire followed coil. If not, swap plug wire to see if misfire followed wire. If not replace spark plug. If still misfiring, check wiring at fuel injector. If good, consider compression testing. If all cylinders within 10% then replace that one...- Doc Doug

Plug change... 235K and (surprise!)
Be careful with the inexpensive Denso parts. Denso recently moved a lot of their operations from Japan to China. As such, there is now two price models for a lot of Denso parts. In other words, Japanese quality vs Chinese quality. I learned this when researching a new radiator and was amazed...- Doc Doug
