    HID recommendations?

    I just hope you guys have those projectors installed when using HID's because there is nothing like blinding oncoming traffic with HID's in standard Expedition headlight housing.

    I have 2011 Limited EL and paint is bubling too lol. I got 1993 Lexus that I have not washed in 4 years and it has 240K miles and paint is not bubling but it is on $50K truck talking about Ford paint quality.

    2012 was the first year they started integrating them. I have 2011 limited el and I am just fine with stick on's.

    I got 2011 Limited EL that I bought last October brand new and I already have 70K miles so 2007 with 150K is not extremely high miles. By the time my truck is 5 years old I will have like 400K miles.

    :idiot: Not sure what you are talking about but this truck had msrp of $60K dollars and Toyota is not more expensive. To be talking about paint bubling on one year old car is non approvable no matter how cheap it is.

    I would go to dealer but I am out of warranty which is only 50000 miles :-( Most other give 10 years unlimited miles warranty on rust. Ford only has 5 years 50000 miles

    This is unreal 2011 LIMITED el that had MSRP OF ALMOST $60.000 is already having paint bubling on hood and taillgate. It was manufactured in february 2011. Anyone else experience same issues.

    I got my grille from Ebay for $90 shipped. It was factory painted grille from another expo. What color is your truck?? Keep checking ebay sometimes they pop out and its much cheaper option then painting plus its factory paint so it matches perfectly.

    Ford wants you to do flush at 100K miles which is ridiculos. No flush is good for tranny. I did drain and fill at 45K miles with brand new ford transmission filter and will do it again at 100K.

    I have them on my 2011 black Expo. I got set for $90 new because the guy that got it never put them on so he sold them cheap to me and I decided to try them for $90. I run hid with ballast in headlight AND fog lights so brightness is not a problem :-) i like the look better then OEM

    EL will definitelly be there because it is used as a fleet and livery car everywhere same as Lincoln Navigator L. Would not be suprised if they sell more extended versions then regular ones.

    All new cars have HIDs put in projectors due to cut off beam. Some people dont get whole concept of halogen headlights being built for halogen bulbs and not for HID bulbs. And just because you passed by cops and did not get pulled over does not make it legal. I drove past cops without seat belt...

    It is illegal and very dangerous for incoming driver to do that. You need to have projectors installed.

    In my opinion Ford vehicles are more reliable then GM. I am in Limo bussiness and Lincoln Town car is better then Cadillac Deville. Lincoln navigators are more durable then escalades and expedition has the most third leg room. Most fleet cars are and more becoming Fords due to their relaibility...
