remo, get back with me and when i go to the junkyard, i can look to see if they have some that i can rip off. you talking about the strip that goes along the bottom of the door or the middle of the door?
you can always call jcwhitney, autozone, kragen, etc...and check with them for what part you will need. you dont need the motorcraft ones as they are kind of expensive. im pretty sure moog makes them as well for aroun 70 bucks a piece...
yes, as you go higher, the truck will feel a little more "rolly" but with wider tires, it helps balance it out. i dont know about walnuts but i have 4" suspension lift with 35" tires on 18x9 rims and i never feel like that tank is going to roll.
the question is did you buy your trucks new or used? i have had a 98 and my current 01 and sure i have the regular maintenance problems but nothing major, and i offroad both of mine. i also own a 2010 silverado. no problems yet with that but hey, its brand new so i will keep you posted. good...
do you fabricate any at all? i am looking for something that will fit my expy just like my brush guard, but with the full bumper replacement application.
i have the rancho 4" susp on mine and i have A4WD. i do not get the driveline vibration on the highway but some people do. with the fabtech, if you get driveline vibration they sell an additional part that will help with that.
damn dude, i ripped all of mine off and nobody wanted it so i chucked it a few months ago. i would have GIVEN it to you, you just paid shipping. sorry man. let me see if i can find some at the junk yard for ya...
what bumper is that? i have been looking for a winch-mount bumper but i dont want to spend a million dollars and i have heard nothing but bad stuff about alien patrol so...i love the look of my brush guard but i would like a little more access to my winch...i will try to get pics set up soon of...
so far, the rear cargo area is completely bed-linered. and the dash is all black. now just a few more pieces, the door panels, carpet and headliner and she should be all blacked out inside. will post pics when i can find them!
if you have never changed plugs before, definitely have some help available. they can get tricky, especially that last one! that will take you a bit. ahha
i agree, local, small shops usually will give you a pretty good deal cuz they rely on word of mouth business. changing your oil yourself will save you a few bucks and it only takes 20min. but if you find a place that will do an oil change for 12 bucks, go for it (they have a place here for...
from what i have seen online you could get away with a 16x8" rim. that would have to be the smallest. it says that you have a range of 8-10 for rim width.
