    It is not the idler pulley, tensioner, or alternator. It only makes this sound when the truck is in drive at idle or slightly above. Could it be something from the transmission since it only does it when it is in drive? It was just replaced. New video attached

    Being that it worked just fine for a little bit when I switched fuses out, it lead me to believe that it isn't the IWE's or the shift motor. Any ideas?

    I just replaced the idler pulley so maybe the alternator bearing but wouldn't I hear that when it is cold too?

    Hey guys I am wondering what this squeaking noise is coming from the engine. You only hear it right around idle and when the vehicle is fully warmed up. Bad exhaust gasket causing an exhaust leak? Watch the short video and let me know what you think. Thanks in advance.

    Just had this happen to my truck and it was 3 bad coils. Cylinder 1,5,7 I believe. I had no engine lights but when I plugged in my scanner while driving the codes pulled.

    Now the A4WD is making noise again and the truck won't go into 4HI or 4LO. Is there a deeper issue than just the fuses that could be causing this? I'm hoping it isn't an expensive repair.

    So I checked fuses F11, F30, and F115 and all looked good. I didn't have a volt meter so I swapped those fuses with like fuses out of location 38(rear wiper), 23(RH low beam), and 107(A/C blower motor). After switching the fuses, the A4WD doesn't make the grinding noise and the 4hi and 4 lo...

    So just as the title says, the truck doesn't go into 4hi or 4lo. No dash lights come on and nothing engages. When rolling forward if I put it in A4WD I hear some sort of clicking and grinding noise. What are your guys thoughts?
