    Is the AC Compressor switch ON on the AC head unit ? 'Cause it thinks it's OFF. That will not turn your compressor on. So it could be just a bad head unit. Is the little green LED lit up on the push button switch ?

    Did you try spraying some starter fluid in the throttle body to see if it'll start up ? Did you test the pink/black wire in the fuel pump harness for 12v with key on ? At that age I wouldn't be surprised if it's a dead fuel pump. Sure won't do any harm replacing it with a new one. Fuel pump...

    Do you know if it's the original fusebox and fuel pump ? Next time it does it spray some starter fluid in the throttle-body and see if it fires right up.

    Those are your EGR differential pressure sensor feedback hoses. They plug into the bottom of the DPFE sensor right there on the side of the throttlebody in your picture. Be sure to replace them with actual high heat DPFE hoses, NOT fuel line. They sell them at any AutoZone store or you can find...

    Find something to thread into it and pull it out ? That's a weird one. The only "rubber" I can think of is the coil boot. But whatever. It's not supposed to be in there, so yank it out. .

    Did the colored chain links line up correctly with the timing marks on all sprockets during reassembly ? Those codes are specific to a timing issue, not a throttle position issue.

    Yeah, they don't sell a replacement "sticker" . It's actually a thin piece of plastic that's glued to the backing oval frame. They only sell a replacement emblem assembly as one piece. .

    Probably a junkyard item. They used the same one in all the Gen2 Expies & Navs, 04-08 F-150s, '00-'07 Taurus. So hopefully you can find one that's salvageable. .

    Yeah, I forgot to mention the heater hoses ! Thanks Vincent ! There's a release tool that's about $20, that makes removal pretty easy. (Use the 5/8" end...). Push the tool end over the plastic release clip, push the quick connect toward the firewall to get the QC to release, then pull the hose...
