    I couldn't get the dealer to replace my fadded cladding for free, so I spent $30 on Krylon Fusion spray paint and did it myself. These pics are only after one coat, I'm sure it will look better after I have time to do a second.

    The stock 03 5.4L 1/4 mile time is 17.0 seconds so if you can get into low 13's that's a good improvment.

    rattle at start-up?

    My 03 5.4 has done that for awhile now, definitely sounds like it's comming from the exhaust... never thought it was major enough to worry about fixing it though.

    03 EX, burnt DVD's?

    I've never tried it in an Expedition DVD player, but I use GQ (Good Quilty) DVD-R's and MyDVD software, and I've never had one that wouldn't play in any DVD player.

    I never have problems with my tint, I sit next to cops all the time at stop lights, and you can see that mine's dark.

    I'm thinking about making a stealth install so 1) it doen't take up space and 2) it's harder to steal. I wasn't sure if putting the amp under the seat would cause it to over heat.

    Taking OD off makes your engine stay in the higher RPM range, and at higher RPM's (to a certain point) your engine makes more hp and torque, so when you step on the gas and your engine is already at the higher rpm's, it's going to accelerate faster than when you have OD on. Remember though...

    Why not get somebody to custom make your box? A well made custom box is going to sound way better then any pre-fab box.
